The company is a joke. If I could get Internet in my area from someone else I would. They never help, no one is ever at the office. Office won't take payments. They never care or maintain their lines. If you owe just a few dollars past your payment day your connection starts have a stroke but reset as soon as you make a payment. Customer service none existent. No wonder they changed their name from cable one. Trying to escape the shit show rep they earned. My package is over $200 and I can't enjoy a show or game without connection issues daily.
Just got their service and its so wonderful, tech support stays on the line for as long as it takes you and them to troubleshoot the issues. I would highly recommend. Great deal and very good price for the service
Sparkling has been a blessing, after being told that we only have satellite internet in our area. I was disappointed bit I made an appointment with sparklight,, in two days Jessie pulls up and blessed us with lightning speed, uninterrupted clear satellite free internet. Since they took over Hargray the internet drops at minimum 2-3 times a day and I pay more. Why? It's supposed to be a better network....It sucks do not get Sparklight. Same problem as the other customers on here. "Everything is fine "
They were quick to install. My increase in gbs is great , I can use my security cameras now
Hargray had issues before the buyout, but Sparklight is worse! The channels pixelate all day and everyday, some commercial's sound is choppy and muted and is more irritating than they were before while some are crystal clear. I have had a refresh signal sent twice and it is no better. So frustrating! I bet I will get the same copy & paste response below as the others who posted their dissatisfaction!
Come on. Just fix the internet that I spend 86 dollars on a month. I'm so sick of my internet going in and out. You people keep blaming it on wires and squirrels. No it's because you have absolutely no clue how towers work and how to issue internet. If yall ain't going to fix the issue then please for the love of God give me a discount on my internet. This is ridiculous.
