I have never written a poor review on any business before, but I believe that the way that I was treated by these people requires one. I was told that there was a money back guarantee for using their services, so I thought that it was definitely worth trying them. I was told that somehow I received some value from my relationship with them, but at this point, I haven't received a good marketing plan from them, any advertising done by them or any other value. They felt comfortable charging me for two months advertising, and the setup fee. They did refund the setup fee and one month. I have nothing to show for the month that they didn't refund. I have asked them at least four times for my money back and for them to destroy any billing information on us that they have. I haven't even been able to speak directly to someone with authority to listen to me. That isn't a money back guarantee!! It also isn't good business!
