I needed help with my service and the agent I spoke with Vanessa did a great job. My issue wasnt resolved right away, but she continued to work on it even after we ended the call. Once my issue was fixed, she called back to make sure that the problem was resolved. She made me aware of the issue and explained everything to me in a very professional manner. She was great and so was her customer service towards me. Thanks again Vanessa. You were awesome.

This was my first time visiting this location and I must say that I was very impressed and very well pleased. The location was very clean, the employees were very nice, and Mrs. Charmaine was very PROFESSIONAL. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the services that they had to offer, and she helped me to choose the best package deal that would meet the needs of me and my family. She went above and beyond and even showed me how to register for my account online. 10 out of 10 recommend BEAM to anyone who's looking for a great service and an affordable price, that wouldn't break your pockets.

Dorothy was exceptional to work with. Our internet cable had been cut on Saturday before Easter and we were gonna have to wait until Monday. I explained that me and my husband both work from home and would prefer a morning appointment. She went the extra mile to have a tech come out on Easter Sunday so we would be able to work Monday. Excellent customer service!!!
