Spectrum Store

I had an amazing experience with at Spectrum Store in Prattville. Her customer service was truly the best. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. Thank you, Jacqueline!

I have always had great service at this location. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but that's to be expected at certain times. Make an appointment and that will solve your problem. Kudos today for outstanding service from Courtney J. It's nice leaving with a smile on my face

They pulled a bait and switch and basically lied to us about the price for internet. It was quoted guaranteed to remain at $36.99 for a year. Well they lied it was well over 40 close to $45. This place should be investigated for fraud. The girl at the counter was rude seemed uneducated and crass. Posted this review a while back and they were managed to get it taken down so I'm putting it back up we'll see just how crooked they are.

Spectrum is a joke. Their service is not good at all. I'm sitting there watching the football game and it just cuts out. Pay all that money every month for the internet to tear up while you're watching your shows. It has any other time to tear up but decides to tear up on the day and the exact hour of the football games makes no sense so I left them and went with another provider Update I went with. Wow! Internet provider $35 a month. No issues. It's been months now. No issues

Out of stores I have shopped this one has worst customer service and horrible support. No phones to contact store and they tell you they will order something and never do. Better off going to Montgomery then Prattville store.

This is the worst store I have ever had the unlucky experience of dealing with.... The one star I give it is for the Hispanic man who is the ONLY decent person who works there! I have been a spectrum customer for 30 years both in Montgomery and in Prattville and after these experiences with these sorry excuses for customer service employees, im not sure if I were given free internet and phone service I would even want to do business with them again. I have had my debit card number stolen repeatedly via my phone and the WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ADD MY debit card info at the store although 3 of the six employees appear to have no customers! I can't pay it at the kiosk bc it is internet only! They flat wouldn't accept my payment!! This store sucks bc of its employees mostly and Spectrum policies suck too!

Jaye was super helpful to this tech challenged baby boomer. Over the course of two visits, she spent over two hours assisting me. Definitely gets my vote for customer service rep of the year!

Linked my card onto account without asking and then wanted to do nothing to change it. Lady at front counter wanted to act like I was the problem and couldn't answer anything or help at all. Also said they don't accept cash when I know for a fact I paid some in cash. No telling where that ended up going.
