Conway Corp

I love that all my utilities are on one bill but the internet is THE WORST!!!! It cuts out randomly for no reason. Forcing you to restart your router at least once a day and sometimes twice. I thought AT&T was bad......I'd rather pull my hair out, strand by strand, than deal with ConwayCorp internet. I'm not exaggerating when I say it will make you lose you lose your mind. ConwayCorp is NOT worth it.

Well, I've just reset my router for the 4th time in the last 3 hours. Only once for internet, the rest for ConwayCorp TV app. I can watch other apps. What gives...... random, on-going problem that we've called about. The drop to our house is ancient!!

While I love that my energy bill is significantly lower than the previous services I received from another popular company, the internet is a completely different story. I have yet to have consistent and reliable internet service. I work from home and constantly experience intermittent outages throughout the day, and they get worse in the evening. I have had them for 5 months and I've called several times and had technicians come out and they say they fix it but still more issues. They tried to say it's bc of my gateway but I use the exact same gateway they rent out to their customers, and actually I was told is the better one that they are starting to switch over to. I have gotten the firmware updated and had troubleshooting done with the company that makes the gateway. I'm tired of paying for awful service and may end up switching but u just liked the idea of having one bill for the 2 services I use from. I don't think I could honestly recommend CC as an ISP. Hate to say it but I can't.

I really hope that with everyday costs decreasing that this begins to reflect in Conway Corp prices. Things have changed since the beginning of this company and I would like to see more cost cutting going back to the customer.

So I moved to a new Apartment complex about 6 months ago, my old one had At&t fiber and everything worked amazingly. This new apartment only has Conway Corp as an isp and credit will be given where it is due it worked great for the first 3 months. Shortly after that my wifi went down and would not come back up, a technician was sent and the modem was replaced, and after that everything was good for a week. After that the service became unreliable and crashes a few time a day most days, it seems erratic and i have called numerous times to fix this issue and they fix it for a day or so then it starts all over again. To new customers if you're looking for an isp choose AT&T over conway corp, the customer service will be better at CC but at AT&T the service actually works uninterrupted 24/7 unless an outage occurs. If i had to compare conway corps service to another isp it would probably be windstream in terms of reliability. Hoping fiber gets ran to my apartment complex soon

The WiFi app is really usefull. My cleaning ladies for some reason unplug the amino extenders and then don't plug them back in! So each time I just open the app and right on the dashboard I can see all the nodes and devices and I'll get a red icon telling which extender is offline so I can plug it back in Plus it auto-runs a speed check every day so you will immediately have your latest download speed. I pay for a terabyte and I've never had less than 930 It takes no time at all to check your entire system and even see which kid is awake at night gaming or streaming when they should be sleeping Beautiful app

My toddler has a disability and they still shut our power off without notifying me, shame on them. Pretty sure it's illegal most places

We recently had the new cable streaming service installed on multiple TV's throughout our home. We were blessed to have Robert McCray as our technician. He was kind, patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and that we were happy with our service before leaving. Mr. McCray is a valuable asset to Conway Corp.
