Had a great experience with Taylor Humphrey doing our install today. He was very polite and patient and did a great job putting things back exactly how he found them. So far I'm very impressed with the company and have certainly appreciated the customer service!

TCW has been outstanding for me. I have used them for years for both home and my businesses. Not one time have I had a bad experience with them. Today they hooked me up to fiber. It's out of this world wonderful. The young man (Taylor) that did my installation was unbelievable with his quality and speed. His attention to detail and outstanding professionalism was second to none. He is a wonderful representative for TCW. Top notch young man working for a great company that understands that they are only as good as there team members that represents the company in the field and office. Taylor did an exceptional job getting our modem installed and operational! He was great at communicating with me prior to installation and his installation was quick and the cable was perfectly hidden along the exterior siding - so impressive! He left the workspace immaculate and worked very hard to make sure we were totally satisfied with the installation before he left our house. A++++! Thank you so much Taylor!

Fantastic Service from Jacob! I had the pleasure of having Jacob install my internet, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all my devices were connected, and even gave me some tips on optimizing my Wi-Fi. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure the installation was seamless, and his attention to detail was outstanding. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, but Jacob is one of those people. If you're lucky enough to have him as your installer, you're in great hands! Jacob and Lucas provided exceptional customer care -- even though we have a long driveway and the existing phone line I planned to use for the install was nailed down inside the walls. I was hesitant about using TCW because we've had such horrible experiences with satellite internet services. But I would easily recommend using this company.

Taylor came and installed our fiber well over a month ago. We were very pleased with his attitude & hard work ethic. He is knowledgeable & his time management is spot on! He is going places! I would put well over 5 stars if possible!
