Murphy USA

Bought gas at their Shawnee OK location on 1/29/2021. There was water in the gas. They have refused to make good on the damages or reimburse for the gas. When spoke with customer service I was told point blank it was my problem not theirs. I will never use them again.

The location was over an hour before closing and they yet again (numerous times but my first official complaint) close their restroom over an hour before closing. Poor customer service and employee Chris was joking about it being funny. Funny when I drive all the way to Spinx to get my supplies due to yet another piss poor customer service issue.

My husband was unfairly banned from a store and the district manager said corporate doesn't waste their time on "people like us" and refused to give us their contact information. I refuse to let my husband be descriminated against and lied on. So I'm posting on every review site I can find.

Lancaster Tx location How hard is it to stay open till u close not 15 to mins till not 10 mins u close the exact time and on google it states open 24 Hours Ive never have had this issue before and while I was there 8ppl walked up turned away tonight since she wanted to lock the door early. Pretty frustrating and BS! Take care of your businesses!!!

Murphy Oil Gas stations are unsafe to get fuel. The employees are rude and unconcerned about customer safety and well being. Called home office and they were just as rude and unconcerned about customer safety issues and even was raising her voice at me????? PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Store 7534 rude cashier john a. Horrible rude should not be serving the public. Don't bother calling customer service they will only side with the employee. Will never use Murphy at this location and will let all my friends and Co workers know to buy gas elsewhere in this town.

Something is wrong with this company, they cant keep employees at all, the pumps rarely operate properly, the coffee maker has been sitting with "out of service" sign for a month. What is up corporate? Who schedules only one cashier at peak hours? Do you people want business, or what?

I was recently part of an event at the South Arkansas Arts Center, which Murphy USA sponsored. It was there that I learned of all the wonderful things that Murphy stands behind, like the El Dorado Promise, and the project to make El Dorado a shining star of cultural and artistic endeavor. I wish to heartily thank Murphy USA for supporting Arkansas Community Theater Association, and for being a sterling example of a corporation that really cares about its employees, their families, and the community around it.
