Alltech Computers

They were closed for several days over the Christmas holidays when they had posted that they would be open. They said they would call when they were finished with the repair on my laptop, but they sent an email instead so we didn't get the message until after they were closed for the holiday. When we finally could go to pick the laptop up they said it could not be repaired. If we had known that several days before, I would have bought a new one instead of waiting around for several days for the promised phone call that never came.

These people are the best computer techs you could possibly get they worked on three in my computers at one time remotely fixing all three of them making all three of them talk together I highly highly recommend them

My experience was amazing from the first phone call where the tech helped me out in understanding the problem. He gave me suggestions so I could try to resolve the issues on my own. I wasn't able to so Michael came to my house and quickly understood what my computer needed. He took the computer to their office and the next day my computer was working the best it has in 10 years. I highly recommend this company The communication was outstanding and I highly encourage others to simply call and have a simple conversation like I did. I found this company to be honest and trustworthy.

My computer had been crashing when gaming for months so I decided to call all tech. Carrie was very kind and professional and was able to resolve the problem in only 24 hours. He even cleaned my computers glass and dusted the components for me would recommend to friends and family

Michael and his team at Alltech computers are great. They have assisted my Accounting Business in setting up our office and systems with security in mind, fixed a laptop that stopped working, printer network issues, and more. I had my email hacked and he was already taking measures to stop the threat before I was aware that anything happened. The service is always fast and reliable. I almost got scammed by this place. I got barbecue sauce on the inside of my charging part to my Macbook. It wasn't taking a charge so I brought it here. Their recommendation to me was to replace my whole motherboard which would cost almost $1,000 yet they never even took my laptop apart. I got a second opinion and was told all that needed to be done was a quick change of my charging port which costed me under $100. The piece is I got replaced was under $30. My laptop works perfectly fine now and I'm so glad I decided to get a second opinion rather than letting these guys scam me. On top of all of this, Altech made me pay $200 for the assessment they did on my computer after I told l them I was going to get a second opinion. Changing my motherboard wouldn't have even solved my problem!! The guy who actually fixed my computer told me this is a normal scam these places run to try and get you to spend more money. Watch out!!

I stopped by to have a little service done on a Tamagotchi toy (I know!), and the helpful technicians went above and beyond to help with the problem. Their courtesy and advice was really appreciated. I look forward to recommending Alltech to my friends and customers!

I had a fantastic experience with Alltech computers! My iMac had the white screen of death and these guys did a killer job at figuring out what was wrong and fixed it.
