Work email has been down for a week. No updates. No ETA. Nothing. Tech flunky said we should get a new email account...trust me, we are. I will also propose dropping this ISP for good. I fooled around with these guys on a personal basis way back in the day soon after their startup. I quickly learned that this is a fly-by-night gig so I dropped them after several huge aggravations and moved on. Great move on my part. Now here I find myself, by no fault of my own, having to deal with these shysters once again after all these years. If you need Internet service, personal or professional, I highly recommend you explore your options.

this internet provider is incredibly sub-par. Most of the time, the connection is unstable, and any attempt at improvement is fully in vain. More often then not, my internet will shut off without warning. Especially during these times where almost everything is internet based, this is a horrible situation, yet they do nothing about it. I have countless complaints. Embarrassing business.

I'm a very patient person when it comes to customer service because I know they deal with a lot but Boby from Airwave from tech support is as useless as it gets. very rude and can careless if you have service with them or not as if he was the owner.

Have had no problems with internet even with all this COVID-19 b.s. and kids doing school online.

These guys are the best.
