I have been a DigitalPath customer in Portola for almost 7 years. In the beginning service was good. For the first five or six years, I had few if any complaints. Recently however, outages have been occurring more frequently and sometimes for longer periods of time. The reliability has become, in recent months, a big question. Since I use DigitalPath for work, RELIABILITY is a big word. Then we come to this week. There has been a problem with the new Gen8 service. Monday, it went down in the morning and didn't come back on until sometime around 3or4 in the afternoon. Then again today it went down again. Not once but twice. I was able to get most of my work tasks completed but not all before the second outage. That means, tomorrow morning I'm already behind schedule before I even turn the computer on. As a matter of routine, I always try to shop local and use local businesses and services. I'm telling you though, at times you guys don't make it easy.

I had the internet installed today, from Justin in sales to the installers, Richard and Kienan the experience was great. Professional and friendly. Richard answered all of my questions with patients. Of course, I had an issue as soon as they drove away. Tech. Support was available immediately. Turns out I had bumped the outlet when I was putting the bookcase back.

I've had digital path for several years. Its a little cheaper than starling and has been reasonably reliable as rural internet.. The people are good and easy to get a hold of. I am very unhappy with it as reliable business use internet. They schedule maintenance early in the morning vs over night or on weekends. I am currently without internet at 7:20am due to scheduled maintenance that was set to be done at 6am. Working off a hot spot that will not handle my video calls. I get there are outages and have been fine with them.. But scheduled disruptions during the day are ridiculous. Just called and found out restoration time is Noon on a Tuesday

Some people say Rumors some just keep it . This place has helped me move locations. They have always been on time. They have always fixed any issue. Not that I have any here. Specially (JERRY) through customer service!! Very professional and efficient. The world needs more people like you JERRY. And I advise any other customer who feels the same to speak on his behalf I sure hope this company takes care of you on salary. Keep up the great work Digital Path we all appreciate you guys

My internet went out and I called Digital Path. Fortunately LOGAN answered my call. I am 70 years old and I get confused easily with anything involving the internet. Logan was patient, very knowledgeable, very polite, and I can't thank him enough to get me back on line. THANK YOU LOGAN. GOD BLESS AND HAPPYNEWYEAR

I live in rural area, DP is the only option other than SAT. TERRIBLE net: fine for a few days, maybe a week at most, then drops out and slows and unable to load Youtb vid. You're paying for 50 mbs, but you might get that half the month, if you're lucky. I've had tech support that were very professional and other condescending, but none actually helped our net. If we get another provider in the area, I'm GONE.

Truck #65 was swerving in and out of traffic, annoyed they got stuck behind a semi. They proceeded to cut me off with no signal or room to merge causing me to brake having my not even 2 year old in the car asleep. He then got next to me and rolled down his window attempting to yell at me and intimidate me. Not appreciated at all then I have my kid in the car! Very unprofessional!!

Update 9/20/24 Once again please read management! Your organization is TERRIBLE my business is failing due to your lack of help and performance. Please do not waste your time with this company. They always blame their bullshit on something else and never fix anything. This place needs to be bought out and cleaned out. Hopefully soon. Terrible service. Always on hold for over 20min at a time finally tech support gets on the line and tells me they are aware of the problem and they are working on it then I get off the phone due to them telling me that they are fixing the issue within 15 minutes and nothing changes. Paying over $1200 a year for a service that's always down or extremely slow. Please take my word for it and check out Succeed Net. They have awesome service and they are much more cost effective. Please don't waist your time and my with any replies back with excuses as to why I am always have to call to get my service up and running. Sean @ tech support was very helpful but it's just the service.
