I was absolutely impressed with Ray and his service. I called with a random question to get my home office up and running and he gave me the perfect advice for purchase after I'd had two incorrect suggestions previous. I have two 32" Samsung curved screens to connect to my laptop. As my stress grew, Ray quelled it by pointing me in the right direction. Not sure where to start with Ray and Ralph... when we started we only had three computers and couple of employees. They helped us grow to now having 15 employees, 12 computers, a server, a VOIP phone system, 3 warehouses that are wirelessly connected and able to communicate with the server plus much more. My point is they were great when we were small and got even bigger as we grew. This morning I got a phone call from Ray that my ISP was down. He took charge and set up call forwarding for the phones, all our internal phones and credit card machines connected to our backup cell tower. Our server and computers worked seamlessly and every employee was able to do their jobs without skipping beat. The best part about InBlue is they are always behind the scenes when things are going smoothly and a phone call away when you need them.

I HIGHLY recommend InBlue IT Solutions. The firm I work for recently had Spectrum come in to switch out an old modem/router. After this was done we were not able to access anything. I made many phone calls to get this fixed. We spent 2 days having many people come in and everyone said not our hardware, not our problem. I eventually found InBlue IT Solutions on Google and called them up. Excellent customer service! Ray heard how panicked I was about not being able to do anything for the past 2 days and made it a point to make it into our office at the end of the day to help us get everything back up. He explained things in layman's terms to me and gave us suggestions. One of those companies that do things right the first time and try to catch anything else they see as a potential issue before it becomes a bigger pricier problem. They are definitely the IT people I will be calling whenever we need help.

I can't say enough good things about Ray and Ralph at InBlue IT! We needed to assess our internal networking connection and wireless network with a new server environment. They more than exceeded our expectations with how well it works and how responsive the entire team has been. With just a few hours of work we overhauled the entire network environment with better network infrastructure. And they even took extra time to walk my employees through some printer setups and other simple tasks. I'm extremely happy with their level of service and response and look forward to a long-lasting relationship.
