The entire staff at AIM has helped me countless times with business marketing pieces, notary needs, and mailing. They are always pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable, and provide such a nice experience compared to some of the other options out there. The AIM Mail Center in Ocean Ranch Village has an amazing team! Over the past several years, I've used their notary and mail services multiple times, and every transaction has been smooth and hassle-free. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient, making each visit a pleasant experience.

Each experience is top notch service. My most recent assistance was from Tracy a manager & the Notary . She went above and beyond to help me research then print a NDA form. I had called ahead to see if AIM had a generic form on file and they did not. She assisted me to find an online source ( never as easy as it sounds). I had quick service mailing my Christmas box To my family. The young man who served me was very nice and let me know the best shipping price. Its nice at this busy time of year when you are greeted with a smile and a cheerful attitude. Goto AIM they get it right and are more fun Thant the US post office!

I have used this location many times to ship packages out of state. I have never had a bad experience, the staff is helpful, and always give excellent customer service even when busy. Breakable items are wrapped and packaged beautifully to ensure their safe arrival. I would recommend taking your items here

They are the best AIM Mail Center by far. Nicole and Jimmy are incredibly helpful whenever I come in and can do so much. They help out with getting client's work set up properly and can do anything from postcards to stunning booklets and much much more, I highly recommend them!
