Omsoft Technologies

I've been using Omsoft for years now after some very frustrating experiences with AT&T, and have been extremely happy. They offer lower prices (and haven't raised my rate in at least 4 years) and better customer service. It's a small local business run by tech-savvy people who have been very responsive when I've had equipment issues. I'm fortunate to have fiber to my home, so speed has been more than adequate. The only downside is that their office is closed on weekends, so if you have problems then you'll have to wait a day or two for help. I'll take that over waiting for hours on hold for a useless customer service agent!

They do internet through AT&T and charge you $20 more a month than AT&T for the same thing. AT&T came to my house to install this "omsoft internet" and told me I was just added to some large AT&T account. Would not recommend.

We have used Omsoft for at least ten years now, for DSL from three addresses and now OmVerse. The speeds and services are dependent on AT&T. But the big advantage of OmSoft is that they deal with AT&T for me so I don't have to deal with AT&T's notorious customer service.

I have tried to help my friend navigate through these uncaring, unprofessional and non-clued guys. They have no business being in the business of dealing with people. They hang up when you have an unresolved issue; billing issue; do not show respect to the people who they charge for their services; I'm, thankfully, am not a subscriber, to this travesty of a provider to people who have no other choices. However, I have been witness to their mockery of human communication. I only give them one star because they exist. Because they are the only option for the people in rural areas, they feel like it's best to let you know that you can just sink or swim. 7 of my friends depend on their services to connect with people overseas in the military. We've explained this to them with just litte more than a, "ok, so what do you want me to do?" If you have other options, please explore. These guys are crooks. Seriously.

speeds of <2 mbps download <1 mbps upload. Inadequate for work from home, watching videos, or zoom calls. Hate the big guys of comcast but called looking for improvement and none was offered. Would consider if fiber was offered.

Have talked with the main guy several times over the phone, and every time he's short and dismissive. Hardly helpful and doesn't seem to care about giving bad service.

We have been over paying for 3rd world service for years.can you say buffering. Thank God there is a new company in my area that should be live early summer

We've used Omsoft for years. They are reliable, inexpensive and a pleasure to deal with!
