Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Todd Johnson

If your router goes out, they will tell you they are sending another in 2-3 business days?! I work from home, I cannot afford to be without internet for that long! Also, if you try to have them send a tech to fix it sooner than that, they will charge you $150 for the service call since the router is third party. Oh, and then they will try to upsell you on backup internet while you're troubleshooting, so you can have extra internet in case your internet goes down, what a bunch of degenerates.

Terrible customer service. I moved and when canceling the service they sent me a confirmation email and the return box for the modem and sent it back. They sent me a bill 2 weeks later. I called to confirm they canceled and they said they have no record of me canceling even though they sent me the box and a confirmation email. They resent me a confirmation email and confirmed I'm ok. I received a letter from collections so I called customer service again and they said they never received the modem so I gave them the confirmation from ups and they said yo just dispute it with collections. I called the collection company and they said it's a previous bill and that frontier confirmed they received the modem even though 5 minutes prior customer service said they didn't receive it. I decided to drive to the closest store and it led me to someone's house and knocked on the door just to see and the home owners said that frontier refuses to take their address off of their google location. This company is a joke, don't waste your time. I'm still battling to get the dispute taken care of so they don't affect my credit

Frontier Internet are CROOKS. They cheat their customers. The have an address that is someone's home. They don't have humans so nobody can understand a thing that is not simple. I cancelled my service THREE TIMES and these people are still trying to pretend I didn't. I cancelled online, with GiGA and with a live person and these Cheats are trying to manipulate me into paying a bill I don't owe for service I didn't have because I MOVED. and I WILL NOT PAY THIS CROOKED COMPANY AND DON'T care if they send me to collection. They are so horrible I'm sure that Experian won't even blink at the crooked liars saying they are OWED. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Use a legitimate and reputable provider and frontier is NOT that!

Do not get Frontier, they sure are quick at taking your money but when it comes down to customer service, they lack. Our service when out on the 14th of december, I had a service appointment for the 20th, technician couldn't fix it, and now I have a new appointment for another technician on december 30th. And all they can say in a very condescending way is "sorry for the inconvenience" We live in a populated area of SoCal and it's not a rural environment at all. They use contractors and have no control of the scheduling. AT&T Came through in 1 day

For one service call request, I have spoken to five people, spent more than two hours on the phone, and had two technicians come to my house. Very poor customer service. But the most unbelievable moment in the whole (still unresolved) process is that, while talking to the third person on my third call, she started to launch into a sales pitch for an upgrade. The problem is not my internet speed, ma'am, it's with your customer service! Definitely not recommended.

Can't reach a human via customer service most of the time. When you do, they can't help you. The service doesn't work. Setting up new or transfering existing service is a nightmare. The website doesn't work and we can't login to ask for help or file a ticket. The absolute worst internet service provider and customer service experience of our lives. Why is this company still in business?

Perry Low

If it were possible to give negative stars, I'd give -99 out of 5. The absolute WORST customer service. It doesn't matter what their bandwidth speeds are. It doesn't matter how inexpensive the plans are. If you experience problems, it will take many MANY M A N Y HOURS on the phone to get any of their customer service reps to understand, let alone write up a service ticket for you. And then when a service tech arrives (2-days later) that person will NOT fix your issue because the ticket will have been written up incorrectly. That is if the tech goes to the correct address and if the tech waits more than 10 seconds for you to answer the door. NOT WORTH getting this service at any cost. Moreover, if your work depends on this service, you risk losing you job because Frontier doesn't care if you have continuous connectivity - or not.

Anthony Mathile

Oh man this is the worst. We switched from spectrum a month ago. Since then service has been down three times for 8-10 hours each time. Can't get a person on the phone. Honestly the most frustrating company experience I can think of. We had zero issues w spectrum over 4 years. We switched like everyone else because it was cheaper and faster, but without reliability it is nothing but frustration. I can't even get someone on the phone to cancel service , good fun :)
