Rejuvenate with Jan Holistic Detox Cleanse Juice Fasting California Retreat

This is my second time on ones of Jan's retreats - I have been to many others. Jan takes great care in the organization of everything before and during cleanse. She also is extremely helpful on spending time on the importance of "breaking the cleanse" protocol. The program works, you will feel better and think clearer when you're done. Having an intimate group (less than 15 people usually) - it's also helpful to have a support system via everyone who is in the same boat on the program. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this cleansing retreat to anyone in need of a recharge and reset. I attended the retreat after enduring three challenging years, and I felt my body was on the verge of shutting down. The program is well-structured, relaxing, and rejuvenating. Jan, the owner, explains the cleansing process clearly, making it easy to follow. The colonic therapist is, without a doubt, the best I have ever encountered. If you have parasites in your system--something most of us do--this cleansing will eliminate them. Parasites be gone!

Jan's cleanse truly is transformational! She is wonderful, guiding her clients through the week with knowledge, humor and compassion. The results? Incredible. I have an autoimmune disease and am in constant chronic pain. Both times I did this cleanse, on the fourth day I awoke to no pain. HIGHLY recommend.

I'm so glad I chose to go with Jan's retreat for my first fasting experience. Jan is a true guide in every sense of the word. She makes herself available to anyone needing support on an individual level in addition to the group education she provides. Shockingly, I never really felt hungry with all the supplements and the time passed quickly with provided activity options. The experience was transformative on not just a physical level, but a heart and soul level as well.

I'm back from this incredible experience and I want to plan this as an annual event and bring my friends so they can experience the gift of Jan!! This was unlike any detox juice fasting retreat I've ever experienced before. Jan Minter was an amazing host. The last attempt I had at a cleanse is a joke compared to what Jan had in place for us. Every detail was explained, the welcome bag of goodies and schedule. I appreciated the group meetings where Jan shared her nutritional wisdom with us. The older I get, the more I realize the power of "learning by doing". It's one thing to read about detoxing in a book, but to get away from it all, relax by the palm trees in the mineral pools, take advantage of the spa treatments and colonics- the results were fantastic!! I highly recommend this experience to anyone who is serious about prioritizing health and nutrition.

Thank you, Jan, for your preparations and TLC during my cleanse last week. I had thought for years of participating in a five-day fast, just to find out what it was like. Couldn't have been better--I left feeling very clean and renewed. My fellow like-minded participants were all in and delightful. (And M&M's have lost their grip--that was Job One!)

Jan Minter has managed to make a juicing cleanse fun. Her upbeat and quirky personality makes the entire experience not only lifechanging but fun at the same time. Having only fasters at the resort keeps everyone feeling comfortable and there isn't food around to be a temptation. Jenny the colonics girl does the same type of thing. Her warm personality makes her very easy to talk to and makes colonics something you look forward to every day. I didn't think my outlook on food would change but it has. For the better. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone wanting a detox experience that is truly transformational.

I had not been feeling well for awhile now and had seen to many doctors with no improvement in my health. I found Jan's juice fasting retreat and thought this is exactly what I need. I had a fantastic time and did some much needed relaxing. I truly believe that we are in charge of are own health and treating yourself to something like this is life changing. I can back home energized, stress free and sixteen pounds lighter.. my symptoms completely disappeared and it has given me the will power to continue on my healing journey. I plan on going once a year to keep my body as clean as I can.. she also was fantastic at keeping everyone safe with social distancing and mask wearing I felt completely comfortable. oh and I was scared to death to get a colonic and the lady that does them makes you feel so comfortable and is a true professional. I can't say enough good stuff about this whole experience.. can't wait to go back!
