Positive: The locatiion is good enough. The pool area and garden is nice. Negative: There is no staff on desk, though there is a number to call. The furniture needs much cleaning. Sofa and throw blanket and pillows look so dirty and worn out. Doesn?t look like pictures at all.

Stayed here for a night. Got here around 12:30 pm a bit earlier than check in at 3 pm but there wasn't anyone there. Apparently it was self check in? Not a big deal. We called and they told us to come back a little closer to 3. Got a call around 2 that the room was ready. Came back at 4, didn't have the code to the front entrance so someone had to let us in. I think she was the cleaning lady? She told us the code so finally got that. Walked into the property, and although they were fully booked it seemed like a ghost town. The furniture was also a little beat up. The fabric for the cabanas curtain's were torn, no cushions on the tanning chairs. They have two pools, one is heated in a dark-ish outdoor room that had music playing. Just didn't feel very lively or inviting despite it being a Saturday. The actual room we were staying had a chair and little table outside on the "porch". It was really just by the door if that makes sense. The room itself was decently sized with a cute little kitchen. It could use a little facelift but it was convenient to have. The pool area could use one too if you ask me. But our room came with two full size beds which was nice. Also had a little couch and a coffee table. The bathroom was kinda small but still decent and updated. Cabinets under the sink were a little broken though as they closed further in rather than flush with the edge as they should. The only thing that was disappointing was that our TV in our room didn't work :/ All in all, if you're looking for an adults only motel style room with a little extras for a decent price, this is a good option. But as they say, you get what you pay for and there wasn't really anything truly remarkable about our stay here. It's been a chill quiet experience so far and you'll get what need out of it but if you want something more lively I'd stay in Palm Springs closer to the shops and restaurants at a more modern place with actual adequate staff on the property with more amenities or fun things to do or offer. Don't get me wrong, if your balling on a budget, this is a decent, clean, quiet place. But if I could do it over, I'd spend a little more and stay in Palm Springs at a bigger newer hotel but that's just me.

Have been here twice, both times were just what was needed. The rooms are all differently themed, the property has a lot of character to it, it is not a sterile "cookie cutter" like most resorts suffer from. It is a unique gem, off the beaten path. The most recent stay was on a Thursday night, we practically had the entire property to ourselves, it was just what was needed to get away from the monotony and stressors of daily life. There is a big pool in the middle of the property, a huge spa, a steam room (mgr said it was not working), an outdoor shower fed by hot spring water, a large 15' x 20' hot spring fed soaking pool that is around two feet deep, they had two cowboy tubs with hot spring water piped to them on our last visit, but they have since gone missing. The mgr said he would look into it and see it they can be re-installed. Despite the defects this place is still highly rated in my opinion. The minimum age (21+) keeps the noise of children to a non-existent level and the clothing optional (except during certain events) is very freeing.

Positive: Staff, pools, vibe. Guests are friendly and interesting - an open minded clientele. Negative: Room #3 needs an hour of work to repair rot in the bathroom and finish the patched but unpainted door frame.

No service, no towels , cat and dog poops all over, animals roaming around the resort where you trying to relax, at times the dogs will start barking at you no ice available, the music was horrific all weekend, boring and no energy, bbq grills I saw at least three of them none of them were cleaned or available to use, unless you clean the grill yourself two of them have no propane.. the best part is the spa it's huge and nice located under the roof, but the temperature must have been at least 110deg, too hot to enjoy with other couples, they should read the room and make the spa at a temperature where everybody can enjoy together. Some rooms have no shower in it it just had a bathtub so we had to shower in the shower in the spa room, if anything goes wrong or you need any customer service there is nobody available to help you at all the person running the place is very unapproachable and you hold yourself from asking if you need anything at all no customer service whatsoever...

Positive: It's a boutique hotel. Negative: We contacted the manager repeatedly by text and phone to obtain towels and a blanket for the bed. We were ignored.

Birthday trip. Booked a trip for my birthday but we did not end up staying. Had called before booking and the person on the line who i believe is the owner was helpful. I had mentioned it was my birthday trip and i wanted to request an early check in and see about a few other details. the person reassured me it would be no issue. they said by 2 room would ready and they would make the trip feel special. when we arrived the gate was locked and we knocked for a bit before a guest eventually ended up opening the door. once inside we realized the spa had no staff. we tried to call to see about checking in and the same person from before answered. this time short and quick to place blame saying they would never promise early check in. when we mentioned the birthday and the bungalow we booked he was immediately apologetic realizing the mistake. the owner said room was not ready and we should come back at 4 for regular check in. no biggie. we decided we can grab food and come back. at 4 we get a call from the owner we the owner saying the room will not be ready until maybe 7. not sure how we went from "no worries come early and we will make your birthday feel special" to "actually i wont have it until maybe 7." seems like one man is doing everything. definitely understaffed. possibly overbooked. will mention the owner did offer another night but our group had come from out of town for the occasion.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The vibe is absolutely phenomenal. One of the most beautiful seductive private hotel I have ever been to. It was literally breathtaking. It was a staycation for me and my boyfriend, and to say the least we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the vibe and atmosphere were absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend checking this place out. The spot just beautifully put together completely serene and just impeccably decorated. I can't say enough good things about it.
