I've spent a lot of time with different vendors trying to help my members grow and retain their customers. Mechanicnet is a great resource to help communicate with your customers and keep them coming back. Samantha has been invaluable in her attempts to help the industry grow and is always there when needed to lend a helping hand! Her dedication and determination are refreshing and a resource I am thankful to have. Kudos to your whole team.

So here I am about a year into using Mechanic Net, I continue to be blown away with the results I get, the information at my fingertips and how helpful the whole team is at Mechnic Net. The reminder for oil changes, worked needed and service intervals have an outstanding return rate. Lost customer retention feature is my favorite, this small part of the service Mechanic Net provides actually drives so many customers(that we lost contact with) in to my bays to create enough revenue to cover my Mechanic Net expenses. These lost customers tend to be regulars that wandered away for various reason but most are not unhappy just out of the habit of coming into our shop. With all that said I haven't done justice to the reporting and tracking function that are simply great, I'm still learning ways to get more from this whole program. I happen to have a great sales rep Samantha Freeman who has proven time and again to be a different type of salesperson Samantha has "held" my hand the whole time and helped me get a grasp of the ins & outs of the Mechanic Net. Samantha has proven that not all sales reps are the same, some actually still care a lot after the sale is complete. Mechanic Net has risen the bar for how staffs treat clients.

My business has been using MechanicNet for about 2 years. I transitioned to them after using a competitors product. What has set them apart in my experience has been the personal service I have been receiving from our account rep Samantha F. She has worked hard to create a comprehensive strategy for our customer database management to maximize our limited marketing budget.

Sam Freeman has to be the best person to help me plan our companies CRM management. We had issues with our internal marketing and Sam has help me build plans to reach out and show our customers we want to retain them. She has help me develop and build a game plan that is not all at once and allows me to step one step at a time to not overwhelm me as we have over 10 locations.
