So here I am about a year into using Mechanic Net, I continue to be blown away with the results I get, the information at my fingertips and how helpful the whole team is at Mechnic Net. The reminder for oil changes, worked needed and service intervals have an outstanding return rate. Lost customer retention feature is my favorite, this small part of the service Mechanic Net provides actually drives so many customers(that we lost contact with) in to my bays to create enough revenue to cover my Mechanic Net expenses. Samantha has proven that not all sales reps are the same, some actually still care a lot after the sale is complete. Mechanic Net has risen the bar for how staffs treat clients.
