Keep sending me unwanted spam messages. Their salespeople pretend we met and are asking for a follow-up meeting. What a slimy, dishonest business practice, I can only imagine what their actual customers must go through if they're willing to lie so blatantly. As a "cloud company" they should know the power of public online reviews and how this "strategy" would impact their image. 0/10 would recommend.
1 star is far too much of a complement for Infrascale. This is a company with horrible marketing practices. They somehow data mined my business email address and started sending me unsolicited emails without my consent/opt-in. I constantly receive spam emails from them, REGARDLESS of the fact that I have unsubscribed to them multiple times. They don't even have a real unsubscribe link in their unsolicited email. I don't know what kind of products/services they sell, nor do I care in any way. I'm assuming they're utter trash like their marketing practices and customer service. Businesses like this should be blacklisted for life and fined for unethical practices. I will forever talk trash about this company to any professional who may want to consider working with them. It is very clear that this company doesn't care about their illegal practices from all the negative reviews on Facebook. It is very clear that I am not the only one who has run into this problem with them. First time that I have been infuriated enough to leave a negative review like this. Hopefully they'll start to understand that it's a bit annoying to receive a mountain of negative reviews from the same person on multiple channels. You reap what you sow, I guess. Conclusion - WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH INFRASCALE THAT CONDONES ILLEGAL ACTIONS AND DOES NOT CARE TO FIX/CHANGE THOSE ACTIONS. I SUGGEST THEY READ THE CAN-SPAM ACT TO REFRESH THEIR MEMORIES ON HOW TO PROPERLY SOLICIT TO END USERS.
