Staff knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to help you with all services. Plus if you want to ship large items they can build shipping containers. I have rented from them for more than 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Do yourself a favor and rent from them you will be glad you did.

This location is one of the best shipping place I go to to shipp my stuff. Everytime I go there, They tape my packages and scan the barcode with no complaints They provide the service with smiling and kindness . All of the team member are doing their jobs with professionalism and knowledge.

Paul and his staff are excellent. Tyler and Jonathan are very pleasant and helpful and I always feel welcome when I'm there. The shipping service they provide is invaluable as they use all the major carriers and I ship product almost every day. Courteous, prompt, efficient and professional. Couldn't ask for more! Always so pleasant to do business with a Place that Ships. Fast, accurate and always with a smile on their face. Don't stand in those awful lines at the post office, get a caring friend to ship your packages. Seriously, you'll have confidence that your package will get to where it's suppose to be going and walk out their door with big YES that this errand is off your plate. And P.S. They keep a list of where you have sent your packages for future mailings. Easy..breezy.

Fabulous place. My very expensive, 3ft tall figurine made it safely to the East Coast. $4000 item. My customer was very pleased with the manner in which it was packed. It was a relief to find these guys, to handle such a tough assignment. Very rare to see someone over promise and then over deliver what they said they were going to do.

That Place That Ships by Major Market totally ROCKS! Great customer service & super-duper friendly. We drop off returns to Amazon etc... They will tape up the box or bag, attach the return label & you're on your way. When we are shipping items they give you all the shipping options to pick from. They have everything to box up "stuff" that you want to ship. If you have never been in this store you should check it out! They do way more than just shipping.

Always with: admirable work ethic; fantastic personality; and, notable professionalism - the ladies and gentlemen at That Place That Ships provide an amazing customer experience; and, in years of dealing frequently; I've never had reason to complain. There, I've had: photos printed onto large canvasses (where they build custom frames from scratch); items shipped to and from all over the world; and, their other core services (copy, fax, .PDF bundling, notary, etc...) have all proven excellent.

Took documents to get shredded, two staff members gave me different prices. The guy that assisted me charged me at .99 cents per lb. The problem here is that the scale read 10.4 lbs, he charged me $15. After asking why the scale read 10.4 lbs and the price of $15, he said it read something different on his screen. So I said then your scale is not calibrated...he said, no it's calibrated correctly. Clearly a rip-off, and at that point he had dumped my documents in the bin mixing it with the others there. Future customers just beware of this place. There is no excuse for overcharging consumers.
