Regus - Hermosa Beach

Do not rent here. The walls are PAPER THIN but more importantly, they will not return your security deposit! If you check online, there are tons of forums about this company never returning the security deposits after the tenant has departed. I am still waiting on my security deposit of $3500 and I moved out 3 months ago!! The only way to contact someone regarding anything is to create a support ticket and you never hear back because they are backed up with thousands of tickets apparently. I don't know about you, but $3500 is a lot of money for me to not get back?! This also didn't have anything to do with damage to the space (which I caused none) because if you read the fine print amongst the 3 separate agreements they give you when you sign the lease, your credit card will be automatically billed for $500+ for a 115 sq foot office space for "restoration" when you give your notice of 90 days. They put this in the agreement in the form of the price per square square foot ($4.50 per square foot), which of course, didn't jump out at me because the amount was small, but illustrates the nickel and diming that goes on here. The staff at the front desk are always very nice but they have no power to get anything done at a corporate level (which is where the security deposit returns are handled). In other words, don't rent here unless you are prepared to lose about $3,500 at the end of your lease (this will obviously be more $ if you rent a space bigger than 115 sq ft).

I have been utilizing the services at Regus Hermosa Beach since August 2023. I must say that Marla has truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into the office, Marla has been there to provide top-notch assistance and support. It's evident that Marla takes pride in maintaining a high standard for the office environment. Compared to other Regus locations I've visited, Marla sets the bar very high. Her level of customer service and personal touch truly makes Regus Hermosa Beach stand out. I have been consistently impressed by her prompt and supportive responses to any inquiries or requests I have had. I would highly recommend Marla and Regus Hermosa Beach to anyone seeking a professional and welcoming office space. The location itself is one-of-a-kind, with a breathtaking view. Marla's presence and attentiveness far exceed the quality I have experienced at other Regus locations and even other co-working brands. Very happy with my office space, especially since new staff was brought in roughly a year ago. They are professional and friendly, particularly Marla and Des. I also like the convenient location across the street from Fed Ex, a grocery store, and a variety of small eateries.

One of the most friendliest staff members I've ever encountered. I have been renting my company Office Space from Regus for the past 3 years and not only that place looks amazing the staff in the front desk always makes entering the building a great experience what their greetings from; nuff Johnny and other ones who work at that spot.

Terrible terrible service! I paid for an office with a live receptionist and when I called to ask for my company and for me the lady said "Nope, we have absolutely no one under this company name". She apologized and said it would not happen again she hadn't been up to date but for the price you pay, really unprofessional. Then they ask you to tell them you don't want to mailing service. I called for that twice and even told that to the lady I talked about earlier. And I sent emails too. And then I am still receiving invoices. When I signed the contract, I was supposed to pay a price and then they added on the invoice $99 out of nowhere for "activation fees". Once the contract was signed and I have the proforma invoice without those ridiculous fees. That is simply illegal. They decided to add $35 of fees because I was late of paying an invoice of mail forwarding I was not supposed to pay. It has been an awful experience! Never again! I used to love Regus and was a members 11 years ago for like 5 or 6 years. What a disappointment to see what it has become. They just want to cash money fast and they absolutely not care about their clients. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!
