We live in La Cresta, and it is 10 miles off the freeway. Every time I have had an issue, Tom and his crew come out quickly and make sure we are up and running The other night, Tom came out at 9pm to make sure we had service. He is above and beyond and could not be happier with the service.

Top notch customer service! These guys have always been available to help if there was ever a problem. I needed my internet moved into a new room and they came out on time, quickly did the job, and hooked up my phone as a courtesy! Highly recommend.

This place is a SCAM and I can prove it. Go to the home page. Click "Support". Read what they have to say about that. Most of the links are broken Then Click on "Home". The link is broken. Notice at the bottom is says "Copyright 2015". Its a physical shop with physical equipment that they install, but it is low quality junk on top of poor customer service. Try ViaSat instead if you need satellite internet. You'll get real service and better equipment.

So grateful they are an option for us and so we are no longer forced to be subject to Verizon (Frontier now) or Spectrums obnoxious rates and impersonal correspondence. Coastinet has provided us with exemplary customer service and care for years now.

We moved to La Cresta in 2009. There's no cable in the ground out here, and no FIOS, etc. At first, we had to drive "down the hill" to down and upload as the landline phone connections didn't have the capacity to deal effectively with 2009 Internet. Finding Coast was a godsend for us. There's no data caps or contracts like the satellite providers impose and our speeds both up and down have improved each year since 2009. The service requires a "line-of-sight" dish (very small, and unobtrusive) from what I understand so some folks might not be able to receive it. We have a clear line to the Elsinore tower - we now stream tv, and operate a business out of our home - Easily up and downloading advertising graphics, complex spreadsheets, etc.etc. plus teaching online college classes with video. Coast's customer service is fast, friendly and is based here, not overseas. English IS spoken and understood. The folks at Coastinet can also install a wireless mesh in one's home - that eliminates dead spots. If you are sick of Directv, Dish, Hughes and all of those guys - you ought to at least give Coast a call. We are satisfied customers.
