SEO Results Pro

The 1st year we used their services were great. But as soon as we renewed our contract, our account was dropped. We prepaid for the year. Our account manager reached out to me personally and said that the majority of their staff walked out and quit and took customer accounts with them. He also said that there was a fire at their office. He gave these reasons to explain why our account was not being serviced. After many attempts and much patience after continue non service, I requested cancellation of our account and a full refund as nothing had been done to fulfill our contract and no one was returning calls, emails, or messages. Our account manager's phone number was even out of order at this point. They had a clear cancellation and refund policy in the contract, and they refuse to honor it. Unfortunately we had to get our lawyer involved.

We are very pleased with the work that has been done to our site by SEO Results Pro. Everyone who works for this company is extremely responsive, and takes constructive feedback well and will redo/fix immediately. You must keep in mind anytime you outsource work for your company, there will be growing pains as nobody will understand your business as well as you do. However, the team at SEO Results Pro will do their best and with a little direction you will be surprised at how well they will grasp your concepts and brand image. Special shout out to Lauren from the Production & Development team, she has worked the best for our company.

I unfortunately had a very poor experience with SEO Results Pro. Desmond was my account manager and from the beginning the communication was very poor. It was unclear what was being done, when it would be completed, and what the effects would be on our SEO and I often would have to message him multiple times to get an answer about when a certain task would be completed. After none of the monthly Content deliverables we had agreed to in the contract had been completed in the agreed upon timeframe I expressed concern about the longevity of our partnership with SEO Results Pro. It was only at this point that Desmond seemed to show real engagement. He sent me 5 service pages a week later that he suggested we implement on the website. I was confused because we had never spoken about publishing new service pages, and furthermore 3 of the 5 service pages he proposed were were for services pages that already existed on our website which would actually hurt our SEO because they would be competing with our other pages for the same keywords on Google. This, in addition to a number of other smaller issues, their developer changing URLs without doing a 301 redirect of the old page, resulting in a 404 error of the previous URL which hurts SEO and Google rankings, made it clear that our relationship was untenable. I formally requested a refund to both Desmond and Tony, the salesman with whom I initially spoke. Tony never responded. Desmond tried a number of times to convince us to stay with SEO Results Pro. I politely declined and continued to request a refund for the remaining 2 months of the contract. After the 4th time Desmond stopped responding. I have had to formally dispute the charge through my credit card company to try and recoup my losses. I would strongly advise going with a different SEO company. John
