Web design pioneer

Please DO NOT use this place. Complete scam. They held my site hostage and strong armed me for money. They locked me out of the site control and had complete control of my website. They kept asking for money saying that my site would go down if I didn't pay it. Horrible experience. I paid for the design and hosting for a year. I also asked for one small change because the phone number was wrong and I was told I had to purchase a package for $600 in order to do so. I had to get a complete new web design and move to a different hosting site. Moving to a new hosting site was also such a challenge because they had complete access to everything and refused to give me the credentials and design code. Even though I paid for it. RUN.. save yourself a huge headache

Terrible to help you with creating a website. Charged me over $5k for a WordPress website, used licensed photos for picture content. Paid for lifetime domain and firewall and after 1 yrs my website is taken down. Tried to get me to pay another $2k to keep website up. Don't have Basecamp or Web Design Pioneer do any work for you if you want a website created. Very unprofessional and looking to milk you for every dime they can get from you.

If I was able to give a negative star that what I would give. MONEY GRAB COMPANY!!!!!! My website was up for only 9 months before it was hacked and taken down by them.

Don't let their flashy website deceive you - they are nothing more than a scam. Protect your time and money by choosing a reputable and reliable web design service instead.
