Weberous

Rafael and his team at Weberous have been a phenomenal asset to my company. Eight years ago their company rebuilt my website into a custom Wordpress based website and it took our previously very limited function website to one that could serve clients nationwide, integrated several booking forms, credit card processing, and staffing alerts triggered by the bookings coming in. His team did all the edits to our site over the years and trouble shooted anything needed. Rafael and his team go the extra mile for their clients, and highly responsive, and truly kind-hearted caring people in providing an excellent service at a very fair price in this industry. His team really supported my company as we really struggled through the COVID lockdown time, and it was his flexibility then that made a true difference in our ability to navigate the COVID storm. Rafael and Mario were both fantastic to work with. We had a website that we needed to upgrade and change some things on, and they worked so quickly to get everything done for us. I was referred to Rafael and his team over at Weberous from a larger agency who quoted me roughly 5x the cost of what I paid with Rafael for my final project. The reason I approached a larger agency who was well known was because i've had unfortunate luck where i've basically been scammed or robbed so i'm skeptical with any agency/creative I work with. I needed a mobile payment gateway and invoicing system branded and custom tailored to my specific needs and for a company/business model that has never existed previously. The project was quoted at what I believed to be a fair and reasonable price, it was completed on time and the team was always available (and i've called at ridiculous hours forgetting that most people don't work startup hours and receive calls at 11pm on a weekday) to fix any bugs as they popped up. They also added little features/changes months down the line as I realized that something can be improved upon at no additional cost. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend them for a variety of web related projects especially to anyone who isn't technically competent and would certainly consult with them in the future as new projects/technical needs arise. What really sets Weberous beyond the rest of any small to medium sized agency i've ever experienced (was a freelancer for interactive events - working on projects for Uber, Pepsi, NRG, etc. so I have met a number of agency owners over the years) is that the owner, Rafael was available at ridiculous hours and genuinely wanted to take the time to thoroughly explain everything to me so that I really understood everything that the team was building for me.
