Jesse at One82 does a great job. He knows how to diagnosis and fix my new Dell Latitude 5550 issues quickly. Today he identified my inability to print in color on a HP Color LaserJet as a print driver version issue. After upgrading driver, I magically could print color again. One82's online or call-in ticketing system, remote login, and screen share, and highly skilled staff make for quick resolution of technical issues. As a longtime customer, I am very pleased with One82's IT support solutions.
