Extremely hard to use cashback portal comparing with others. I placed an order (WU200652763) on 5/2/21, and later returned part of it. On 8/2/21, Giving Assistant (GA) revoked all the cashback from the order. I have to contact the customer service to get the cashback on the non-returned items back as credit. Then it happens the most annoying part. There is another 3 month lock period staring from on the revoke date (ending on 10/28/21), and because of that, there is no payments allowed during the lock period (even from other orders). As a result, I will need to suffer from the following: 1. Extra effort to needed to get my legitimate cashback back from a partial returned order. 2. Wait for 6 months to get the cashback. 3. Not able to get payment from my other orders for 3 month (8/2-10/28) due to the cashback revoke. I have to say GA has a very stupid designed cashback system that brings a very bad experience to its customer. I would stay away from it, and rather go to other cashback portals with lower rate in the future for less troubles.
