Sooner i got the door and some safety regulations they're starting unloading, security and other staff are very kind.

They are holding my inventory hostage. The total value of my inventory is $1200. It weighs under 3 lbs and would fit into a small box (I'm including three photos showing my inventory at their warehouse so you can see for yourself how little there is). It incudes 500 notecards, 500 envelopes, and 500 pins. First, they wouldn't give me a price to ship it back. Finally, they disclosed it would cost $488.00 for 'picking fees' plus packing and shipping. They won't give me a final price unless I give them my credit card information so they can charge it first before revealing the total. As best I can figure, it will cost $600-$700 to get my inventory back, and possibly a lot more. I think the word for this is EXTORTION. After spending months trying to get customer service to help me (hours and hours and hours of my time), I'm giving up and abandoning my inventory. No point throwing good money after bad. Here's what I learned: 1) hidden fees will kill you, 2) picking fees is a scam to exponentially increase their profits, 3) you CANNOT accurately estimate their shipping costs from their website, 4) their customer service is incompetent and useless, and 5) if you have any living brain cells and any business acumen, STAY AWAY from this company!! 7/11/23 Update. They told me they'd waive the $488.00. I almost input my credit card information. And then I got an updated cost for "Picking Fees" to close my account. $872.00!! That doesn't include "Packing and Shipping." I would guess the total cost would have been over $1,000 to ship inventory that easily fits in a small box. Thank god I didn't re-input my credit card to their system so they could charge my account. My only saving grace is warning others. STAY AWAY from this company that SCAMS small businesses. They are the WORST OF THE WORST!!

They make it seem so easy to sign up and say that everything is automated but they're awful at everything. If you see their reviews, its all fake 5 stars and everyone else is 1 star. All their customer service staff is based in India and they don't think about your shipping process and seem just like robots with no minds. I tried to ship a large order to amazon and they completely messed up the shipment and will not take responsibility for it and fix it. They only send friendly emails to say that you messed up weeks later and don't care that you lost almost a month of time between the shipment. AVOID this company at all costs, they only have their wallets in mind and really don't care about their customers.

Omg I wish I sent my products home and they are extremely expensive and I am literally losing money in my business. They take forever to send inventory and products. I am trying to transfer my inventory out them And I have to call every minute to keep the process going. Scam!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. They don't even pick up calls!! I wish I read the comments before choosing this trash company.

Honestly I've been using them for almost a year but will be switching as soon as all my units are sold out. Half the time their support doesn't answer the phone. Also for about two months they were using boxes that are WAY TOO BIG for my product and charging me about $4.00 more for each shipment. Obnoxious. I had to explain to them why this was unacceptable and fight for a refund. There were numerous other frustrating experiences (I asked them to put a certain SKU on temporary hold in California to sell out of the SKU in Texas first) and they literally CLEARED the shelf in California and threw all my products haphazardly into a box. I'm evaluating the damage and will be demanding reimbursement if they damaged my products from doing this. I can't recommend them.

Been with them for 2 years - recently they switched to a cut rate shipper that takes 8-10 days to send a small parcel in the same zone; also found out i have been overcharged for storage routinely, and they don't want to correct the errors or reimburse the bogus charges. I would not be surprised if this was common practice.

I'd give them zero stars if possible. This company somehow "misplaced" products I had stored at their Moreno valley facility but won't fully refund me for the cost of those products because it's against their "operations error policy." Do not use this company. They've cost me a lot of money.
