MPOWER Escape Rooms

What an outstanding escape room! my kids and I enjoyed it thoroughly and we will definitely be back. I would also like to add they have stellar customer service. We had to reschedule our original booking last minute due to my daughter getting sick, and although their website clearly states that last minute bookings are not subject to full credit, they were kind enough to give us full credit on our return. that kind of customer service speaks volumes about a business and therefore I'll recommend them from this time forward to anyone looking for a great escape room in South County.

My group of four did the scientist themed escape room here. The gentleman that hosted us that night was incredibly friendly and helpful! Even though we had an hour scheduled, he was kind enough to let us play to the end. It was a blast. Definitely a 5-star experience. EDIT: My husband and I recently did the second in-person room they have to offer and it was again very fun! There were a few things that jumped out and scared me, but I won't spoil anything. Very fun thing to do for a date night or as a family with older kiddos.

Had a great time with my brother and sister escaping from the Cabin room! We loved the wide variety of puzzles and the immersive atmosphere! Also, I messed up the booking when I booked online, and management was able to help me fix my mistake quickly and efficiently! All around great experience! Thank you!

Amazing experience. First of all, the staff was great. We made a reservation for the wrong time, yet they still let us play a room and we didn't even have to wait! So thanks for that. The room itself was very enjoyable as well. Lots of hard tasks and clever riddles. The overall story of the room was very cool too. We had a great time and really recommend MPOWER Escape Rooms.

My family and I have done both the escape rooms at MPOWER: The Secret and The Cabin. Both experiences are truly fun! The puzzles are intricate and interesting. The design of the rooms are amazing. Each prop and lighting choice fits perfectly and adds to the thrill and enjoyment of the experience. Last but not least, the employees at MPOWER are understanding and helpful. Totally recommend!

Went to a kids birthday party. The waiting/party room is comfortable with a nice view. I was one of two parents that went into the escape room. Escape room was fun. Kids had a blast. They had personalized it a bit the the birthday boy. Employees were courteous and kind and will assist the escapees up to 5 times with a radio giving hints. I suggest this place but I also suggest at least one parent in the escape room with the kids for assistance.

Both of the rooms were fun! The lobby is also very nice, and has some puzzles you can check out while your hanging out in the lobby. They had a nice set, along with cool puzzles. They staff members were nice and welcoming.

We had a blast! There was 7 of us (age 9 to 40+) and we were well challenged. So many tiny details and smarts put into designing the Cabin! We can't wait until you have another room open!
