I been working to implement Review Buzz in the company i work and i have to say I'm very satisfied. the attention to the client is amazing. The support team really finds time to help you out. I would also like to recognize John Nurenberg and Issac with all the hardwork they do. Overall really nice experience. Bernard has been great for all the support related questions. Issac is amazing!! Our reviews are up 300% a month since she helped and altered our account settings. We have been on Review Buzz 5 years or so. We set up/configured our own account settings and this altered the performance of the reiews being pulled. I do NOT recommend doing this. We are a 5 star company and deliver 5 star service...ok 4.9 :) because we are not perfect, however but Grace does deliver 5 star customer service and knows alot!! Give them a call and ask for Grace either way! Thank you Grace and the entire Review Buzz team.

Review Buzz has been so helpful to our small business and I especially like working with Grace. We have used several review sites over the years and Review Buzz is the best BY FAR. We've significantly increased the amount of reviews that we get and the automation makes it hands off.
