WP Support Palm Springs

Yesterday, I did a Google search for help fixing a broken link to my website that's in my email signature block. I called Tree Ring Digital, and fortunately for me, got the company's owner, Paige Wiese. Paige took my call, listened to my problem, sent me a zoom link which allowed her to see my screen, and my problem, and then spent about 15 minutes instructing me, step-by-step, on what to do. She had to end the call to attend to another customer, but promised to call me back right when she finished. Sure enough, Paige called me perhaps 15 minutes later. We then spent another 15-to-20 or so minutes on the phone as Paige continued to give me instructions on how to fix my link. At the end of the process, it was done......my link was fixed! I was extremely pleased with both the quality of the actual work that Paige did for me, as well as with her very friendly and warm manner. The team at Tree Ring Digital are now my "go to" folks for all my website needs. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who either has or would like to have any kind of online presence.
