I found your company researching on google. Sometimes you get nervous when you find something on google, and your NOT sure about it! However, from day one your customer service was very warm, and nice on the chat. They made me feel amazing as we collaborate about my project. I began to feel I was in good trustworthy hands. What happens when your entire team is freelance? Well, you get inconsistent work. That is Konsus' challenge, as their output was sketchy at best. It shouldn't be a risk to work with a new vendor, but in this case it is. All the negatives of a freelancer with all the negatives of an agency.
