I've been a customer of Ionblade for about 18 months. I am blown away by the high level of customer service and stability of the platform. I thought my last provider was great but these guys are the BEST! I've had multiple issues that were on my side they have helped me fix. There have been a few with coordinating platforms and they not only told me the issues but they fixed the problems. As an entrepreneur anytime you find a great team member making the tech side easy versus getting lost in the mess, you grab on and pass the good new to others! Contacted by IonBlade to switch my web hosting to them. They used a borderline dishonest sales pitch and did not follow the do not call rules. While I have not used any of their products, the shady business practices to which I was exposed does not make me inclined to trust them. YMMV.

I stumbled onto IonBlade several months ago and after one or two conversations with Dan Soliz, I decided to move several of my domains and hosting service to IonBlade. Dan has a unique way of explaining the services they offer in a very simple way, without being condescending. Just what I needed! Fast forward to a couple days ago when I discovered an issue with all 3 of my websites. I called Dan in a panic. He immediately went to work on resolving the (somewhat major) issue, along with the help of his admin, Tom, and in a couple of hours all was resolved. Whatever issue I have had, Dan takes ownership of the problem and works diligently to resolve. I cannot recommend Dan and his team at IonBlade enough!

What a difference! We had to make the difficult decision of changing service providers, as our previous provider was not only charging us for several "unknowns", but also was disappointing when it came to technical support and customer service. Enter Dan from IonBlade. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Dan had when we had our first encounter on the phone. He immediately put me at ease, had all the answers to my questions, and walked me through what our previous provider was delivering to us, and what IonBlade could do. (which as it turns out IonBlade can do so much more for us at a much better price point. Dan hung on with me as I navigated through some office issues that made making the final decision to make the move prolonged, and yet never made me feel like there was any pressure at all. He gave me the information and time I needed to make the best business decision for our company. Well, we took the leap and the transition was flawless. The technical team (Max) is incredibly quick to respond regardless of our different time zones. The 2 small technical issues (user-related not on the service provider) have been resolved within minutes of my submitting a service ticket. So 100% better everything when it comes to IonBlade, and I could not be happier with Dan and his team. Don't think about switching - DO IT!

Ionblade has been great! Alex is easily reachable any time I call and I've had no issues since moving my website to their hosting services. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hosting company at a reasonable price.

Ion Blade has been very helpful through my journey trying to find the right company. I have been a Ion Blade customer for 2 years and never any problems, these guys are awesome.
