Cairjn Wine Cellars

Our tasting at Cairjn was THE discovery on our recent trip to Paso, and set a very high bar for the remainder of our visit. Victor is a superb host, and we were delighted to have the opportunity to chat with winemaker Andy Neja. His passion and care are beautifully expressed in the wine. Excited to be new members of the Cairjn family!

Came here on a recommendation, did not disappoint! The wines are fantastic, Victor was a great host - very personable and knowledgeable. And we got to meet and chat with Andy the owner/winemaker. Victor's chihuahua also made a cameo! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a private, personal experience with amazing and fairly priced wines.

Spent our annual October wine weekend in Paso a few weeks ago, and decided we needed to try some new spots. Cairjn came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. While not easy to find, it is worth the hunt. Victor was a fabulous host, giving us the background on the winemaker and owners - while at the same time, engaging with our nostalgic memories of who had been in the spot where they now reside. The wines are my style - rhone based with great fruit and full body. The labels are also unusual and the markings one of a kind. Highly recommended. We will be back!

This place was absolutely amazing! Victor was extremely personable and knowledgeable with innovative ideas to move forward. We actually experienced our favorite wines here, which, we should have bought more of to bring home. The overall experience felt personal and not "just another customer or taster" especially for people who were younger. We felt at other places as if we were thrown aside because of age and the intent that we we weren't purchasing large amounts. Love the story and the symbols behind the wines also!

Cairjn Winery is a hidden gem! The wines are exquisite, each bottle offering a rich, flavorful experience. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, creating a perfect atmosphere. The scenic vineyard adds to the charm, making it a must-visit for any wine lover. Highly recommend this exceptional winery!

This place is such a gem! They're tucked in the back of an industrial area but GPS is very reliable and takes you right to their door. The wines are so good! Grippy tannins, lush, mouth enveloping, but still well balanced and not hot. The tasting itself is personalized and lovely. Andy is obviously very passionate about what he does and that permeated the whole experience. He's thought about everything from the vine to the tiny details on the corks. THIS is everything you look for in a winery. I highly recommend Cairjn.

This is a great spot somewhat hidden away. Andy (winemaker) simply makes delicious wines. We've tasted his entire line-up for 3 vintages and truly loved every wine. If you're looking for a place that is relaxed, unpretentious and has really good wine, you'll love this place. If you join the club you will get access to special release wines too.

THE BEST wines in Paso. Andy is an amazing winemaker and host. Such a gorgeous tasting room and even more amazing wines. A must stop!
