The technicians here are polite, knowledgeable, fast, and trustworthy. My husband and I both use their services, sometimes for difficult problems, other times just for assistance with new hardware, software or apps. They predominantly service computers and cell phones. The shop also carries a select set of electronic accessories such as cables, storage devices, mice, keyboards, modems & routers, surge protectors, etc. My latest visit was an emergency. My computer was acting strangely, I could no longer control it with mouse or touch screen and I had a pressing deadline. I brought the computer in when they first opened, described the problem, and they solved it and called me to pick it up by the end of the day. When it turned it to be the touch screen going haywire, they disabled it quickly, and charged me their minimal fee. What's not to like? They are recognized locally for their service and there was a steady stream of clients leaving gear and picking it up. So get there early. We highly recommend them.

Although my Lenovo laptop is only about 3 years old, it was not starting up at all. I dreaded a trip to Best Buy in San Luis Obispo where I purchased the laptop, so Googled "Computer Repair near me" and discovered Paso Robles Tech on 7th Street. They solved my problem within an hour, gave me helpful advice about a possible upgrade to the hard drive, but were not pushy at all. Very nice owner Traci, and Systems Admin Matthew. Reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them!

I loved my experience at Paso Robles Tech!!! I just wanted a quick tune up and they did a wonderful job. They even wiped down my screen and keyboard. My computer now looks great and is running fantastically. The staff: amazing! Traci and her tech team are awesome. They are top notch when it comes to finding and fixing the problems when ever my computer has issues. They are very accommodating, understanding how important my computer is to my business...so they are always willing to go the extra mile and get the work done very quickly. I had one little hiccup, but Traci handled it with me on a remote session. I highly recommend Paso Robles Tech!

I brought a I phone 6s in for repair. I told the tech that I had the screen replaced by another repair guy and the phone was not working right after that. The tech quickly turned negative and said he will not look at my phone because he did not no the history of it. I said seriously what difference does that make. He was worried about being liable. This only tells me that the shop does not no anything about diagnoses and repair only part replacing. Beware of this place.
