Absolutely 5 stars for Stilson Cellars in Paso Robles! The 2020 Syrah is nothing short of fantastic--rich, bold, and perfectly balanced. The 2021 Mourvedre and 2021 The Return are equally excellent, showcasing the elegance and depth that Stilson consistently delivers. Deb and Ray make every visit feel like coming home--warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their craft. The 2025 Spring release is a standout--simple, elegant, and worth savoring to the last drop. I just received six new bottles and can't wait to share them with friends. If you haven't discovered Stilson Cellars yet, you're missing out on something truly special.

Had a great time at Stilson Cellars, had both of the tastings and appreciate their variety in wines! Their Viongnier and Syrah were delicious, had had a few tastings while in Paso and these were definitely our favorite wines. On top of that their pricing was reasonable, thank you for having us!

A Truly Special Experience at Stilson Cellars - The Perfect Start to Our Honeymoon Our visit to Stilson Cellars was one of the highlights of our honeymoon trip, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was our very first wine tasting of the trip, and what a perfect way to kick off our celebration! Deb made us feel incredibly welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing the personalized story behind the vineyard. The wines at Stilson Cellars are exceptional. Each wine was a true reflection of their dedication to quality and craftsmanship. The 2021 Return and 2020 Syrah were standouts for us, offering bold yet balanced flavors we'll remember for a long time. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the warm, family-oriented atmosphere. Deb's passion for not just making wine, but for supporting mental health awareness and community causes, added even more meaning to our visit. It was evident that Stilson Cellars thrives on collaboration and creating an inclusive, welcoming space for all guests.

This was our first time at Stilson Cellars. We were very impressed with not only the wine but the friendly service. Cole was an absolute pleasure making our experience there awesome. I did the tasting and each one was delicious and full of flavor. I went home with 2 bottles and can't wait to enjoy them at home. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a really great experience tasting wine at Stilson! Our host was also the winemaker, so it was really fun to chat with him about his winemaking process. He is super passionate and dedicated to his craft, I definitely recommend stopping in!

Family & Dog friendly!!! We sat outside on the patio and never had to go back inside. The tasting was brought to us. We didn't have to worry about leaving the dogs and tasting separately. There was even a dog bowl for our fur babies. The wine was so good. We became members! our favorite was the Mourvedre. My husband snagged one of their lightweight sweaters and SnapBack hats. Safe to say it's one of his favorite hoodies. The owner Deb was super friendly and bubbly. She made our experience one to remember. We can't wait to go back!
