I recently moved in to take care of my mother-in-law who had started the service. She reported that it was in and out because of our location. Me being a bit of a nerd started looking at different options and had my wife call them. This went on and off again for about a year. There would be problems they would repeatedly reschedule while being abrupt and rude with my wife and trying to insure her it would be fixed "because she wasn't as teck savy"; trying to make it our problem. We later learned they had duplicated our service number. The problems reduced but still occurred like clock work. Like i mentioned earlier bed treatment excuses lalala. Then they actually identified the big problem the dish they had installed was the wrong one. They offered a $100 discount meaning they will fix it for $200. I had taken a vacation day to deal with these people. I explained after all the trouble i wasn't going to pay them to fix a problem that never should have existed. Like i sed this has been a year of this crap. They tried to run me through the ringer just like they had done to my wife. I never yelled i never raised my voice as i was given every excuse in the book interrupting me showing me what my wife was trying to work with. I never yelled intrupted i was simply smarter then they were use to. Later i got a call from the man in charge. He insisted that i needed to pay the $200 yelled at me and used every poor customer service practice i had ever seen. I told him if he couldn't composite me for all my trouble then i would rather find a new service. This when on for an hour him getting mad, me staying calm telling him we had nothing to discuss getting off the phone him calling back trying to force me to say yes to the same deal. Finally he stopped calling. With all the poor treatment ill gladly pay more for better internet. Try outback internet people im going to. No data cap there neither .

Tcsn has been my provider for about 20 years. I am the Central Coasts local dog trainer, Rajun Kennels. Mike has been able to help me fix any of my computer and connectivity issues immediately over the phone even when i moved my business to florida. When i call TCSN I have a friend on the end of the line that i feel i know, its small town customer service that i Love. Mike helps keep Rajun Kennels up and running. Every time i get a new smart phone, Mike helps me to set up my email with all the technical data that needs entered also.

Our internet is down and no one at the company will be back to fix it until 2 days from now...... seriously guys?!? People got stuff to do.

Some of the dumbest people I've ever met. Don't waste ya time or money. Horrible service & horrible customer service
