TOP should be on everyone visit list when they come to Paso. So unassuming, yet finds itself on French Laundry's wine list, so you know they're doing something (aka A LOT) right. 10/10 will be back.

In all my years of wine tasting & clubs ... this by far is in my top 5. I enjoyed every wine on the current tasting list. We joined the wine club & looking forward to many many future allocations.

Hard to describe this place. A true wine lovers tasting. A lot of thought and hard work goes into each bottle. Exceptional wine and people.

Wine tasting here is a fantastic experience. The wine is so delicious amd elegant. The glasses are also elegant to match the wine. Definitely try to get a tasting here if you can, the conversation with the host will be worth the trip also, lovely people.

Wonderful wines! It is a smaller winery but don't let that fool you, they have amazing wines. Plus the service for our tasting was personal and great!

You want a winemaker that makes you feel like family? This is it! Elena and Stanley (the winemaker) were amazing! Elena made us feel like we just came home and was so welcoming and sweet. We enjoyed every minute of our time with them. The wines were delicious. Ignore that one person who gave them 1-star. The cost of their wine is completely on par with other intimate wineries in Paso. You can't please everyone, but Elena goes above and beyond to try to.

The term they use for their tasting room is speakeasy. Tucked away in an industrial area, the tasting room provides a chill vibe for exploring the many outstanding wines TOP Winery produces. We had four in our party for tasting and when we arrived a comfortable table was ready for us to work our way through the portfolio. The first thing I noticed when I sat was the stemware provided for us to taste the wines. They use Zalto Denk'Art Bordeaux glasses. These glasses are some of the finest and retail for over $70 a glass. Good stemware enhances the tasting experience. Another enhancement is the cool music playing softly in the background. This is in fact a chill tasting room. Our server for the day was Yudie (spelling). She was knowledgeble, fun and enjoyed what she did. She was a great steward of their brand. We enjoyed all wines tasted but the standout was their 2019 Lever. This blend has 80% Tannat, 19% Syrah and 1% Roussanne. It is a big boy with great structure and surprisingly manageble tannins, perhaps velvety tannins. Their goal in all wines is to achieve balance. This showed in all the wines we tasted. TOP Winery is in fact a hidden gem. Outstanding environment, outstanding wines, equals an outstanding wine tasting experience.
