Tried to get in touch with their neon sign department and cannot get timely responses. I emailed and called with some questions and requested a call back and cannot get any legitimate answers. No one would return my phone calls to answer my questions. They would not answer questions regarding difference between their "Neon Flex Tubing" vs Neon Glass Tube. I never gave a budget or mentioned a size that I wanted and was simply asking questions on price and quality of products and instead of answering my questions about their sign, I received an emailed response of "We feel the options you saw on eBay would be a better fit for you based on the size you want and your budget." If you have a superior quality product I am willing to pay more for it, but if you cannot simply return a phone call to have a discussion on your products that speaks volumes on customer support. Would not recommend doing business with them, not even sure they are even a legitimate business based on the google street view of the listed address on the website.

Inflatable is amazing, looks ggreat, exactly what I wanted, took a little awhile to get here but definitely worth the wait, great customer service and updates too.

Very proud of my son that went to study some code for programming software. Go Smart Solutions is the best on teaching the kids how to code, I never thought my kid will know how to code at 11 years. Excellent!!!!

I called their Inflatable Island department, left a voicemail. I only recieved a text back to inquire about my interest. I messaged back and called back. No answer and no response.

I sent a flyer approximately one month ago from different companies. Did not get any interest, response, etc.... from this particular one which is unusual since I had responses from all other ones. I left couple of messages to see if I had done anything wrong but no one ever called back.
