Poor communication, project unfinished, project manager laid off without us being notified, developments made on live site rather than dev site, extremely unprofessional staff during phone call, threats to revert the site back to old site and ditch the project all together, huge amounts of complaints from our customers and members about the current state of the site, nobody answers the phone calls, messages ignored. Huge delays between any developments. Project manager tried to leave project unfinished saying they had reached their quota of hours when at the start of the project it was made clear that the site needed to be finished for agreed price rather than relying on hours. No idea who our developer is, completely disconnected. Members of staff pass contact details to another member of staff with no response. Removed the WhatsApp chat as a form of communication. Promises to fix site, but no responses to our emails for updates. Site is currently not fit for purpose and is causing severe damages to our company and financial losses. We feel trapped and have no idea how to move forward. Possibly the worst experience we have ever encountered regarding developing a site. All I can say is Awesome!! I've been in the E-Commerce business since 2002 selling parts and accessories for Antique Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. I've dealt with people like Jesse James, Orange County Choppers and dozens of others in the motorcycle industry worldwide, not forgetting my over 60k dedicated friends and clients. I'm working on my 4th website and decided to go with Magento 2 because of the size and scope of my new project. It offered better securities and inventory control over the other options......but.....I then wondered if I had made the wrong choice after using a local web designer who completely oversold himself. I was stuck with 1 crashed website and a thrown together non-functioning site by the same person just to get out of the contract. I posted a "help me" question on Facebook and was inundated with firms outside the US, but Mike at Custom Web Hub was a handful who were in the US who replied. After several conversations with Mike, I hired Custom Web Hub to repair my site. What they did was remarkable. Things I was told by my other designer couldn't be done were done exactly as I wanted in just a couple days by Custom Web Hub. Things I was told by my other designer would take plug-in's and custom scripting & $$$$ were done in a couple more days. Mike and his crew are still in the building process of my site, but what I've been shown, how they treat me as a customer, how they take time to understand my needs, is awesome!!! I can't wait to see the finished product. I'll keep this updated and post the website when done.

What can I say. I've been trying to get a simple site designed for almost a year...I have made several attempts this week to try and reach someone and I have gotten 0 response and I have paid 2k for nothing. Extremely dissatisfied and if a refund is not made I will have to seek legal actions. This is ridiculous, when you call their number it doesn't even ring, it will play some elevator music and then hang up.

I was approached by a client to help him with a disaster of a mess this company (Custom Web Hub) left him in. The amount of money they charged him and the pathetic state of his current website really disgusts me. Lorem Ipsum everywhere - broken links on top of broken links - no follow up on making the job right. Just a disaster all the way around. We will handle it from here and I hope this company never sees another dime from potential clients in the future.

Great working with Zach at Custom Web Hub. They delivered all of my requirements. I will continue to work with then with marketing my paintings. Highly recommended!!!!

Company stopped responding for weeks. I called and was told that they had a separate team who had taken our money and that if we paid again, they would start the process over.

I am working with Sam, he is a nice and responsive person he has provided me excellent service at an outstanding rate! Can't beat great customer service!
