If I could give this business "0" stars then I would. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had a virtual mailbox here, rented through a service called Anytime Mailbox. The whole point of paying for this service is so that your mail can stay organized for pick-up without the risk of getting lost or stolen. Not only does the person running it constantly act like you are a burden every time you walk in the door, he argued with me about how much mail was waiting for me to pick-up even though I had scanned versions of everything that was supposed to be ready for me. The best part is they completely LOST one piece of mail (a tax document!) and his solution was telling me to contact the sender and tell them to send it again. I have no words. Save yourself the headache and find another business to help you.

My favorite go to spot when i need some packaging. I have send a lot of my online sells and the owner is ALWAYS helpful in helping me pack my big items. I also have done notary here and its quick and the price is good. They also have mailboxes for rent. You can do fax, copies, order any custom prints. They have boxes and you can also drop off your FED EX, UPS, and US MAIL. Its very convenient for me, for all of my small business stuff.

I've been using this Post Net for 5 years. I have never had a problem. Service has always been exceptional. Jeff is pleasant, easy going, gets things done. I will continue to use this business as long as Jeff is in charge.

Awesome service and super nice owner. Went there to get a photo printed for a gift and they helped me with sizing and image quality before we printed it. Didn't like what we chose the first few times so they worked with me until we got it perfect! Thank you so much, my friend loved it!

Business hours posted on the door and website say open until 5 pm on Friday. Doors were locked and lights off at 4.35 pm. Two more customers arrived shortly after me, also frustrated. I would have gone elsewhere to mail my time sensitive documents, and now have to wait another day. Disappointing, seems a poor way to conduct business.

Great service! We brought small crabs in to ship back to Georgia overnight and it arrived by the time he proposed. We had to buy dry ice from Albertsons and added it to our cooler and he did the rest! Thank you!

I got my mailbox at post net Rancho Mirage in 2005. Jeff took over the store around 2009. I have never had a problem! I have never considered any place else. I have been thoroughly satisfied with there service! You can do a lot worse! I recommend Jeff @ postnet.
