Excellent high security. Very nice facility. Great service from staff.

The datacenter is good for hosting services. Tier 1 and other floor support is mediocre. Most of the times the iris scanner and badge scanners have issues. Lounge and Kitchen room areas are not well maintained. The furniture inside is horrible, management need to look into these issues and improve it's services to cater their customers.

Great Data Center. But if your smaller go some where else. Their engineers are top notch. But if your just a one or two cabinet customer, management barely acknowledges your existence. If it wasn't for the total lack service when it came to renewals I would give them 5 stars

I've not had a tour of the space, but been to the space to assist one of my clients build their rack. For the time I visited, I noticed that the check-in process takes long, could be due to COVID-19 and being short staffed. While I was there, the security access control devices were malfunctioning that hindered moving in and out of the facility. Also, visitors need to be escorted to/from the restrooms in there which reminded me of the parents I see waiting for their kids outside public restrooms...lol.

They shut down internet services for an hour every now and then lately. We have been a client for 15 years. These Internet shutdowns NEVER occurred in the past. Now NTT has shut down our Internet three times in VA, and now they are doing it in CA. Why the change? No one has explained this to me. No one has suggested I get a second internet drop. This is very bad for us. We will have to leave NTT because of this. Why are they changing equipment in such a sloppy way. Why can't they put in the new equipment and THEN switch over with one second of down time. No, they take Internet down for hours. What is going wrong at NTT now? Never happened in 15 years, and now it is common practice to take us down. Cannot recommend.

Best datacenter in the area. Great people with Veteran friendly hiring practices. They need to update their support portal to something more modern and responsive which is why I dinged them a star.

Government-grade security data center residing on a different tectonic plate from Silicon Valley. This place feels very safe and their service is reliable and very professional.

Been in this data center for almost 20 years. Staff is always been helpful never had an outage
