Matthew with the marketing support team does an excellent job taking time to explain what they are seeing on their end and where we can improve our website performance. We started this process just a couple months ago and have watched our google rating increase with their help already. Even though I do not understand how all of this works behind the scenes, he does an excellent job helping me understand. I am very satisfied with the results so far!

READ CONTRACT CAREFULLY! This company has excellent sales team who is not scared to lie to you. They will promise that you can cancel within 30 days if you are not satisfied with their service. This is a lie. The contract is for 1 year and they have no intent in letting you off the hook. The website they design is a template and can never increase your ranking on Google. This will become apparent after several months have past and you have put in all the work. Imatrix knows that your ranking can never reach page one. If you are looking for these services, look elsewhere.

I had an absolutely outstanding phone conversation with Genaro Vargas at Vetmatrix/iMatrix. This representative was most importantly very knowledgeable and capable of tending to my needs regarding our website. But almost as important was his patience and true kindness understanding my limitations in the computer world. I am so grateful that we are dealing with this company and the quality of their technicians. Thanks again Genaro!!!

Excellent job with photography and setting up our website. Very difficult to communicate with and achieve resolution for issues. Really expensive for what they offer. Have spent enough to have another team member and the results have been difficult to justify that expense. In an attempt to dissolve our contract Imatrix has made it hard and they are assessing a fee that is about the equivalent of forcing us to continue with them. I wish I had done more research before signing on with Imatrix. They are polite but I think there are better values out there and the penalty assessment on my small business is significant. Just do not appreciate that.

I have been with iMatrix for several years now and am very happy with their products and services. As far as support I recently made major website changes and Genaro took speedy care of our needs. Highly recommend this company. Dr. Coleman

We had a terrible experience with this company. The (currrent) 4.7 star rating for iMatrix is shocking given our experience. This business has great salesmen, and the rest is rubbish. I know SEO. I ran my own wordpress site for many years. The team I worked with at iMatrix was clueless. If you work in a competitive market (a large city) look elsewhere if you want it done right. We hired them 2/2024 and our web traffic TANKED. The reasons are too many to list in one review. See the graphic.
