San Dimas Office - Virtual Office and Mailbox

I am the Marketing Director for a Plumbing company. We are expanding our territory to the East and San Dimas Office has been a great tool for us to do that! Using this address has put us on the map for clients in this area and on google search engines/yelp. I use their private offices to make my calls instead of driving to our headquarters in Arcadia, which saves so much wasted time sitting in traffic. I would recommend San Dimas Office for anyone who wants to add a 2nd location and not pay thousands in rent!

I use San Dimas Office when I need to meet clients to either sign documents for their loans or go over different programs. It is very convenient for me and a great central meeting point, so my clients don't have to drive to Rancho Cucamonga to meet me. Since I have a mailing address there as well, I can email my documents to the office, they print them for me free before I arrive! This helps me be more efficient and productive. I would recommend San Dimas Office to anyone who has a business or wants an address. It's not a PO Box, it's an actual address.

The San Dimas Office was a life saver!! As a Realtor, I receive last minute appointments in which I have to accommodate my clients needs. Great place to use an on-demand office! Although I have my own office in upland, I am often out in the San Dimas and Glendora areas and sometimes need a place to meet with clients. This place is easy to get to and also has several other useful services like printing and virtual mailboxes. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're a small business looking for flexibility.

Since the pandemic, my office has allowed staff to work from home and I had been questioning whether or not the cost of permanent office space was justified. When the owner of the building where I leased office space decided to sell and provided a 30 day notice to vacate, the decision was made for me and San Dimas Office was the solution that made the most sense. The owner was responsive in real time, flexible as to my business needs, and willing to work with me on timing. With all that can be accomplished through video conferencing, it is rare that a client wants to physically meet in person. However, when one insists on meeting in person it is typically an older individual who may have issues with stairs. The flexible/ temporary offices at San Dimas Office are all on the ground floor, are handicap accessible and are furnished. The permanent mailing address and copy/ printing service, as well as mail monitoring are also very convenient. For anyone who only needs professional office space for the occasional meeting or for a physical address, I highly recommend San Dimas Office!
