Brought my Dell laptop in due to slow functions. Turns out the hard drive was bad, so they replaced it. This is a great neighborhood shop, very reliable, well priced, efficient & easy to do business with. I highly recommend them!

I brought my son's computer to this shop for a diagnostic, quoted at $40. Eduardo later contacted me with the repair cost, but I declined and informed him via text that I would be picking up the computer. When I arrived today, he demanded $120 despite my clear refusal to proceed (photo of text thread attached). Shockingly, the computer was still disassembled, even though he knew I was coming to retrieve it. It was clear he was waiting to see if I would pay the $120, and when I refused, he went to the back, did something to the computer, and then reassembled it before returning it to me. That's the only logical explanation for why it wasn't put back together beforehand. I've now taken it to Geek Squad to determine what was done or removed, as well as to diagnose the original issue. When I confronted him about the unexpected charge, he accused me of being racist--an absurd claim, as I am Latina myself. I have worked with him before without issue, but this was a blatant violation of trust. I can no longer recommend this business.

I was having troubles with my mac and it was hard to find a reliable shop to help me out. Eduardo was really nice, helpful, and definitely professional. It was fast as it can be and the price was reasonable.

This Guys were able to get all my request done in minutes; This is the second time that they spend time with me even after business hours. They are very serious but resolve all your issues. I was in need to get this done and they were very gently as this is a great experience I recommend them for your computer repairs, faxing, scanning and even if you want to send money to your country. I had a good experience at this repair shop with my ThinkPad having a TrackPoint issue. Ultimately, the issue wasn't resolved, because it seemed that motherboard replacement would be necessary. For a computer a couple of generations old, it's not really a worthy investment. The technician/Ed was forthcoming and wasn't trying to up-sell anything. Troubleshooting of this kind is rather technical, but it was completed within a reasonable amount of time, and the price for the service was very reasonable in the end. Thank you for your service.
