I have worked with Ryan Miller and the amazing ETNA team for over 15 years and I can't say enough! They are the best, they are thorough, honest, creative, trust-worthy, out of the box thinkers. ETNA has been much more than an SEO company for us, they have been trusted partners really invested in our growth and development. I am an injector, not a creative writer so I can just say it as straight forward as this: working with ETNA has been one of the BEST decisions I've made and I would make it again and again.

Etna has been a great addition to my online marketing team. I have used several different providers, and they are head an shoulders above the others. They keep in touch regularly to let you know how your website is doing, they make alterations quickly and respond to suggestions pretty much immediately. I have seen a big increase in business and therefore bottom line has gone up. They go above and beyond and are very fair. I really am so satisfied with their work. Finally I am not paying thousands of dollars to be plugged into an algorithm and forgotten like the other companies. They also redesigned and updated my site and it is beautifuI think they care as much as I do that my website is performing well.

ETNA has been managing our website for several years now. The team at ETNA has always been super-responsive to all questions and concerns, and best of all, the results in terms of rankings and leads have exceeded expectations. We are transitioning away from Etna interactive and they decided to retaliate by shutting off our website before we could complete our new site and move. They were claiming we have unpaid invoices. We have always had our payment method on file with them and have given them approval to run the monthly fees each month. on more than one occasion over the years we have used Etna, the accounting department simply forgot to run the charges and on each occasion reached out to me as if it was my fault. Each time I reminded them of the credit card authorization form on file and they would apologize and move forward. However In this latest instance after telling them we were not renewing our agreement with them, They forgot to run charges again and instead of talking to me to be reminded it was their mistake again they took down our website on Saturday and sent me an email saying they no longer accept credit cards for payment. Of course since they chose to do this over a weekend I couldn't reach anyone to get this corrected. Etna purposefully retaliated to hurt my business due to the fact I did not renew my agreement with them. Very unprofessional. Your response is dishonest Ryan. The only reason you had unpaid invoices is because your company chose not to run the credit card you had on file for us. You tried to strong arm us into paying by ACH. Our company policy does not allow vendors direct access to company bank accounts. Etna wanting to save a couple percent on credit card processing fees is what led to your accounting department not wanting to process my credit card You had my signature and authorization already on file. This is how we paid you every month prior to this. I stand by my comments that Etna handled this very unprofessionally. I can now add dishonesty to this review.

Love the Etna Team! I enjoy working with Shannon and Kristin on the website! Always quick responding, encouraging and engaging! They really spell things out for me and answer all of my questions, as it is very tricky when managing a website! There are so many things that aren't seen on the front side and it is nice to know that the ETNA team is always on top of optimization and encouraging best SEO practices and managing and watching all of the things we can't see. I was so thrilled to attend the ASAPS Aesthetic Meeting this year in NYC and was able to take Ryan's class about "Cultivating Authority Online: Where Reputation and Rankings Intersect".
