Mike 28553!! Came on time he was Amazing and super friendly. Very Helpful and knowledgeable. I told him what we need and he place the equipment and setup the connection for me. Answered all the questions and even saved me a trip to the store to return the old equipment. Can't be any more satisfied with his survive. Thank you so much Mike!!

Daniil was great and did the setup for me quick! He wasn't able to place it in the spot where the cable was supposed to go to but he was smart enough to put it in a location that didn't require him to drill any holes. I appreciate his effort and care for my home. Definitely recommend him for those who want someone specific. Exceptional customer service and care!

Jorge is the Best Astound repairman EVER! We've always had good experiences with Astound service personnel but Jorge is exceptional. He checked our system inside and out and found the issues, fixed them and gave us a rundown as he went along. He is knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. Jorge 28531-Jorge was patient and did it right! He went over every device and gave me lots of time to double check my Wi-Fi speed times and he even helped me double check my TV connections. Mike (badge number #28553) was phenomenal! Super helpful and polite! Spent 4+ hours making sure our cable hook up was done properly, including wiring the home and getting it to the street. It was not easy given our house is on a steep slope and it was just him working on a Saturday. He Was fast and efficient with it. Even helped fix the wiring errors made by the contractors and helped set up our routers/modem. He was excellent.

Mike ID 28553 was very professional and worked hard to get us set up. We're in an old house and he was able to climb around and get everything set up and made sure we didn't have any questions before leaving. He cleaned up after himself and went the extra mile to tuck in the cables when he was installing everything. Very happy with his work.
