Our needs for a website are relatively simple, as we're a business-to-business startup: we need portals for announcements, a growing line of products, and our capabilities. Purelynx created our site using WordPress. When we updated our logo late last year, we hired a graphics designer to develop the logo from the initial concept and then implement it on the website. As he was also a web developer, we switched site management from Purelynx to him. Unfortunately, the branding update stretched from weeks to months and, once implemented, had frequent major problems, from the site going down to images disappearing. In a panic, we switched back to Purelynx. Sujatha jumped in to quickly solve the issues, multiple times, until the site was rid of the nefarious bugs that had plagued us. Kudos to Sujatha for the quick response to restore the site. We'll continue to use Purelynx to maintain it and for future evolution.

I had the good fortune and pleasure of working with Sujatha recently. She helped create 2 personal ads for a Show Playbill. I gave her the photos and text I wanted in the ads and she came up with drafts. Rather than exchange emails regarding the project, she suggested we meet, so she would be sure to create what I wanted. Sujatha cares very much about what the client wants and works hard to ensure that the client is happy with the results. We worked collaboratively, and it was a stress-free process. I have the tech savvy of a timer traveler from the Roman Empire, so when I determined that I needed a professional website, there was little chance that I'd be able to figure out how to create one using one of the many DIY web-design templates out there. Moreover, the only things I have LESS of than tech savvy are 1) design savvy and 2) a ton of money to throw at the project. So it seems almost a gift from the stars that I happened upon Sujatha, Valerie and PureLynx. The team is delightfully friendly, personable and skilled in sitting down with someone like me, holding my hand through the design and implementation process and not only translating my "vision" into reality, but improving upon that vision in the process. And it goes without saying that they're way on-top of the tech and security stuff that baffles me--which makes me feel safe, confident and like my site and I are in sturdy hands. And speaking of that site, I'm so over-the-moon with it that I'm not only sending it to every potential client I can think of; I'm sharing it with, heck, old piano teachers, ex-boyfriends and the like. It's my new pride and joy. :) And it wouldn't have happened without PureLynx. To the extent that a "friendly neighborhood web-development firm" exists, PureLynx is the very model of it. Initially our website was built by a designer who knew how to design, but did not do a very good job with coding, SEO, or writing. I had many different companies working on my website with varying degrees of success and costing a lot with dubious results. Also, no one was fully in charge of the website or its effectiveness. For years I was looking for a person that understood website design, coding, SEO someone that could mange everything for me. Then it happened, my website got hacked. It was a blessing in disguise because I found Sujatha from PureLynx. Now remember, I have had all these other website companies telling me that the website was not done correctly. Got the same thing from Sujatha, but she was the only one that came up with a plan. Instead of trying to work around the existing website and fixing all the problems from the website getting hacked, that it would be best to just start all over with everything. About three weeks later, I was having a meeting with Sujatha and going over the final detail for the new redesigned website and making it secure. As she is talking, I'm thinking to myself ... this person does more than just website design and coding work. So I had to ask, what else do you do? I was thrilled to find out that they not only do design and coding work, they also do SEO. I have had found the person I have been looking for the last 15 years! They did a complete audit of my website which revealed that we weren't getting any leads from the website because we were not ranking at all for many of our keywords. It has been almost 2 years since I hired PureLynx to take care of my website and SEO. Before I would be getting about ten calls in one month and would pay a lot of money just to be rank up high with keywords. I have been all over the scale with other companies from $125 / $750 / $2,500 / to over $ 3,000 a month just to be rank high with keywords. Now working with Sujatha, I average about 10 to 15 calls a week. Like last summer, in the first heat wave here in the San Mateo County ended up getting 10 calls in one day. Just telling myself WOW. The second heat wave, ended with 43 calls in one day. I had to leave the cell phone inside the van around 2:00pm, I was not getting any work done! The third heat wave was on Labor Day weekend. So I'm thinking to myself, "It is easy day today (Saturday). Only had one service call to deal with." Was totally wrong, ended up with 32 people looking for help!! I have found that I am getting more calls with better results. One thing for sure is that our ranking has consistently improved and we are now on page 1 for certain keywords. I do regularly ask Sujatha if they are charging me enough! I have talked and hired many in this field and they all promise to put us on the top of search engine results. After a few months, their interest in our work peters out. We are left fending for ourselves and it starts to feel like we are swimming with the sharks without the support of the people we have hired. It has been almost 2 years since I have started working with PureLynx. Sujatha didn't promise that they will put us on page 1 within a couple of months as many people in this industry promise. Instead she described how we will see incremental improvement in the ranking as time goes by. It was all done organically and without any ads. We meet every month to determine how to refine or change online strategy to keep up with the changes within our company. We have noticed that we are slowly and deliberately climbing up on the search engine results for our keywords. We are getting more calls and they are better leads too! I recommend PureLynx, Sujatha and her team wholeheartedly!
