If I can give this company negative ratings, I would have done that. We did work with them in past, they did excellent work, but once they grew work was pathetic. we cancelled the contract and they keep charging us on two differnt credit card for the same work. We got so much runartound to get the refund on one card back, then I just found out they were charging other card for 14 months. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

I have been working with Milestone for some time now and I have nothing but great things to say about the people there and their services. I regard Milestone highly as an excellent and reputable provider of SEO & other internet services as well as a great client to work with B2B.

Read your proposal from them very carefully. I sent Milestone an RFP for building our website and discussed the specifics multiple times with 2 sales reps on the phone. We chose them only to find out they had not included all our requests from the RFP, nor items I had personally discussed with the sales staff, in their pricing. All those items were to cost extra money. Their creative team was also unwilling to include a layout request we had for our interior pages. Their customer service also leaves much to be desired. 5 people including their "customer service manager" assured me they would get back to me within a timeframe that they did not. It took multiple phone calls from me, and weeks of time waiting, to get answers. Gratefully, was able to cancel our contract with them but they kept our 50% deposit for "all the work they had already done for our site". I owed them some money for the initial creative work, but not $11,500. However, it was worth it to not be tied to this company for hosting and maintaining our web site for years to come. Milestone has been our choice for web hosting for a decade now. Thier support sytem is pretty good. Server down time is minimal and I'd recommend thier service to any comapny looking for ROI by selecting them over others.
