Send Social Media

Don't sign up for the 14 day trial! I feel like I have been duped into their scam. They asked for a credit card to be put on file. I didn't like their program and used their internal "cancel" page to submit a cancellation request after only a few days of trying to utilize the system. I know that they did cancel my account with their program, because I could no longer sign in using my credentials, yet, they still charged me anyway. I had zero information to provide to Paypal about the account information, because I wasn't the one that set up the Paypal account, it had to have been Send Social Media! At no time during my sign-up process was I ever asked to create a Paypal account. Now, I am stuck going around in circles trying to contact a manager at Send Social Media who never seems to be available after two weeks of calling. I have also tried to call Paypal after there was a month's worth of automatic payment through a Paypal account that I never set up!

On the advice of other social media managers on Facebook, we tried your service. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Our account was somehow disconnected during our second month. We tried many times to contact you and to no avail. Not only did we have posts that didn't go through for clients, we had a second charge process when we said we wanted to cancel the service and now are having a tough time getting that amount refunded. We were going to try to put a private message on your business Facebook page but you have no business Facebook page.............seriously??? What kind of social media management co doesn't have their own FB page. Kinda shady........

Great social media tool! Helped me monitor my social media accounts easily and schedule posts in advance so I can spend my time making sales.
