Truly fabulous customer service, and worry-free tech structures. I can't recommend DeepNet enough!! Our nonprofit of 30 employees relies on them for all of our tech needs, and they are more a partner than a vendor. It turns out that off-site tech support is way better than onsite. They can fix problems remotely, and have the staff to respond very quickly to problems big and small (not to mention user error....)

Great IT support is hard to put a dollar value on, especially if you've never had it before. As a non-profit we dealt with the same problem. Their support from choosing and understand phones and plans to final implementation was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for more.
